These are court proceedings that must be utilized to take care of incapacitated adults, or minor children, if there is no other way to manage the individual’s financial or health care decisions.

Special Needs Planning

This planning is done for a person who is permanently disabled, either through accident or illness, and who may be entitled to receive government assistance benefits. Our firm works closely with area personal injury attorneys, banks and trust departments, and the parents of disabled children to protect and preserve funds through this type of planning.
